Delhi Traffic Police has issued advisories in the wake of the full dress rehearsal for the Republic Day parade in the national capital today. The parade for the full dress rehearsal will start at 9.50 AM from Vijay Chowk and will proceed to Red Fort. The Traffic Police has made elaborate traffic arrangements for smooth conduct of the parade.<br/><br/>In its traffic advisory, Police has said that no traffic will be allowed from Vijay Chowk to India Gate on Rajpath till the parade is over. Besides, traffic on Tilak Marg will not be allowed on both directions. Road users have been advised to plan their journey in advance and to avoid the parade route from 9 AM to 12.30 PM. For those taking the Delhi Metro services, boarding and deboarding would not be allowed at Central Secretariat, Udyog Bhawan, Race Course and Patel Chowk metro stations. All inter-state buses coming from Dhaula Kuan would be terminated at Dhaula Kuan.
