Delhi Test: Sri Lanka 270/4 in 1st innings at tea against India

Sri Lankan batsmen successfully repelled the Indian bowling attack on the third day of the final Cricket Test against India in New Delhi, as the visitors made 270 for 4 in their first innings at tea. Anjelo Mathews scored a century before being dismissed by Ashwin. Dinesh Chandimal on 98 and Samarawickrama 4 were at the crease.Visitors resumed at their overnight 131 for 3, replying to the hosts' 536 runs. Sri Lanka now trail India by 266 runs in the first innings, with 7 wickets in hand.
