A Sero-Prevalence study conducted in Delhi to understand the proportion of population exposed to corona infection shows that only 22.86 per cent of the people are affected due to coronavirus.The study also indicates that a large number of infected persons remained asymptomatic.<br />''<br />''This Study was conducted from 27th of June to 10th of July in all the 11 districts of Delhi. 21 thousand 387 blood samples were collected from selected individuals and were tested for IgG antibodies using the ELISA testing kits. It provided information about past Covid-19 infection in individuals who tested positive.<br />''<br />''The National Centre for Disease Control, NCDC said that eight districts of Delhi have more than 20 per cent Sero-prevalence and 77 per cent population is still vulnerable. It said, lockdown and other containment measures played an important role in preventing the spread of the virus. He cautioned that there are still 77 per cent of the population vulnerable.
