Delhi schools, colleges and coaching centres will be reopened in a phased manner from 1st of September. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, class 9 to 12 will start from 1st September. Mr Sisodia said, no student will be forced to attend the school and consent of parents is mandatory.
