Delhi reels under severe cold wave

Delhi continued to reel under intense cold wave as icy winds blew through the city even as the minimum temperature rose slightly to settle at 5.5 degree Celsius. According to Met office, today's minimum is around three degrees below normal for this time of the year. Northwesterly winds blowing over north India and snowfall in higher reaches of Kashmir and Himachal valley have brought down the temperature in the national capital.
