Delhi Postal Circle has made special arrangements to facilitate timely delivery of Diwali mail. An official release says, for accepting Diwali greetings, separate reception counters have been set up at 34 post offices and two Railway Mail Sorting offices at Railway Stations.People are welcome to post their Diwali Greetings mail at these collection centres from 28.10.2010 to 08.11.2010.These have been setup in addition to the normal facilities.
