Delhi Police arrested three people suspected to be involved in the low-intensity blasts in Pune two months ago.
The trio, believed to be close to fugitive Indian Mujahideen chief Yasin Bhatkal, were apprehended yesterday by Delhi Police's anti-terror unit Special Cell.
Addressing a news conference in New Delhi , Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar claimed that by nabbing them, the Pune blast case of August this year has also been cracked.
The Police Commissioner said that interrogation of the 26/11 terror attacks key plotter Zaibuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal led to arrest of the trio.
Government has said that security agencies are fully alert to foil any attempt to disturb peace anywhere in the country.
Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde told this to reporters in New Delhi yesterday when asked whether the central government has issued any terror alert after the arrest of three Indian Mujahieen terrorists.
Mr. Shinde said the Home Ministry keeps sending advisory to all states to remain alert about the activities of various terrorist organisations.
