<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi police has filed an FIR against Bengali Pastry Shop for endangering lives by defying the lockdown imposed to check the spread of COVID-19. In a statement, the police said, the workers were found on the terrace of the shop in worryingly unhygienic conditions, in a tight space with no social distancing.<br />''<br />''It said, active surveillance was carried out in Babar Road, Bengali Market yesterday by the surveillance team of NDMC along with doctors and local Police as three CORONA positive cases were found in Babar Road, New Delhi. During the surveillance exercise, house to house survey was carried out for influenza like illness and fever. Delhi Police said, during the surveillance, 35 people were found at the Bengali Pastry Shop, Bengali Market, living unhygienically in a small space. Two of the workers had fever and were not feeling well.</span><br />
