<span style="color: #222222;">The Delhi Police says it has averted a terror strike and arrested three persons with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).<br />'' <br />'' Briefing media in New Delhi, Special Cell, DCP, Pramod Kushwaha said, the arrested persons influenced by ISIS were planning to attack using an IED in a large religious congregation at Goalpara in Assam.<br />'' <br />'' He said they were also planning to replicate it in Delhi.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Kushwaha said the trio were arrested from Goalpara.</span><br />''  <br />
