<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi police has arrested 19 persons  on charges of violation of lockdown norms and disobedience of lawful instructions issued by public servants.<br />'' <br />'' Deputy Commissioner of Police, New Delhi, Eish Singhal said, sufficient number of police personnel were deployed at police posts and checkpoints within New Delhi district. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the general public was told to abide by the government instructions through loudspeakers. Mr Singhal added that despite clear instructions, some people refused to obey the lawful directions. He said all the persons were booked under section 188 of IPC.</span><br />''
