Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung has termed the High Court verdict as historic that declared the Lieutenant Governor as the administrative head of Delhi. Addressing a press conference, he said, the decision was neither a victory for him nor a defeat for Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.<br/><br/>The Lieutenant Governor said, he always wanted to protect the provisions of the Constitution and did not agree with the AAP government's decisions when they were found at variance with the laid down norms. <br/><br/>Reacting on Delhi High Court's verdict, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, the AAP government is not satisfied with the decision and will move Supreme Court against it. He claimed that Delhi is not a union territory like others and it has a special status. <br/><br/>BJP, on the other hand, said, AAP has been exposed after the High Court verdict. Party spokesperson Sambit Patra said, Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party makes issues out of non issues and believes in making unnecessary hue and cry.
