Delhi LG appoints four lawyers for JNU case

Delhi Lieutenat Governor Najeeb Jung has appointed four lawyers to represent Delhi Police in connection with JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar case. Sources said, the Lt Governor has accorded approval for appointment of Anil Soni as Government counsel for representing Delhi Police in the JNU case. <br/><br/>Delhi Government' standing counsel Rahul Mehra was representing the city police in the case so far. Apart from Mr Soni, Tushar Mehta, Sanjay Jain and Shailendra Babbar have been appointed as new counsel for Delhi Police in the case.
