Delhi successfully hosted its first ever cycling road race event on Sunday. Over 5,000 cyclists from across the world participated in this event organised by BSA Hercules India. Apart from professional and amateur cyclists, school going children also participated in this test event before the upcoming Commonwealth Games. Over 60 professional cyclists from countries Belgium, Holland, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and South Africa took part in it. Eren Brown of South Africa won the race in international category while Lenjam Moniton of India won the race in national category.
