Delhi witnessed a dust storm yesterday which led to sudden weather change and reduced visibility. The mercury fell to 30.2 degree Celsius from Monday's high of 40 degree Celsius. Light rain was also reported from certain parts of the city. This is eight degrees above normal. It was the hottest day in March in the past 76 years. Met department said low wind speed and clear skies over the last three to four days caused the mercury to rise.</span><br />
