The Delhi High Court today refused to stay the phasing out of blueline buses from the national capital.A bench headed by Justice A K Sikri turned down the plea of blueline bus operators association which had pleaded that extension of permits be granted to the blueline buses which are to be taken off the roads from today.The state government contended that the blueline buses must be phased out from the national capital as they are a threat to pedestrians and amount to violation of their fundamental rights.
