The Delhi High Court today refused to give any relief to Lt Gen P K in Sukna land scam case. Lt General Rath had challenged the initiation of court of inquiry against him in the case.A division bench headed by Justice Geeta Mittal asked the army officer to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal to challenge the proceedings against him. Dismissing the petition, Justice Mittal said the Jurisdiction of the court is barred by Armed Forces Tribunal Act and the petitioner is free to approach the tribunal.<br/><br/>Rath had approached the court after he was indicted along with former Military Secretary Lt Gen Avadesh Prakash in the 300-crore rupees land scam case in Darjeeling.
