Delhi High Court today refused permission to the Congress MP,Suresh Kalmadi lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with CWG scam, to attend the ongoing Parliament session. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw dismissed Kalmadi's plea and imposed a cost of one lakh on him to be deposited with the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.
