<span style="color: #222222;">In a setback to the Congress, Delhi High Court today asked the publisher of National Herald newspaper to vacate the Herald House in Delhi as per an eviction order of the Centre. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' <br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">Justice Sunil Gaur gave two week times to Associated Journals Limited (AJL) to vacate the building, failing which proceedings under Public Premise Act could be initiated. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' <br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">The court was hearing a petition filed by AJL challenging the October 30 order of the the Land and Development Office (L&DO) ending its 56-year-old lease and asking it to vacate the premises. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' <br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">During the hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta argued that no publication of newspaper is taking place at Herald House since 2008. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' <br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">The AJL told the court that it has been publishing the newspaper for decades and there was a temporary suspension due to financial trouble. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' <br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">Urban Development Ministry had asked the AJL to vacate the Herald House by November 15 saying its 56-year-old lease has ended. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' <br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">The publisher had approached the High Court on November 12 challenging the Ministry's October 30 order.</span><br />''
