The Delhi High Court today sought the response of the Election Commission and the Nitish Kumar faction of JD(U) on a plea by the Sharad Yadav faction against the poll panel's order allotting arrow symbol to the Bihar Chief Minister. <br/><br/>The plea was filed by the newly-appointed President of the Sharad Yadav faction, K Rajasekaran. <br/><br/>The plea challenges the Election Commission's finding that the faction led by the Bihar Chief Minister was the real JD(U). <br/><br/>The court posted the matter for further hearing on 19th February, 2018.
