The Delhi High Court today directed Om Prakash Chautala to personally appear tomorrow in connection with Central Bureau of Investigation, CBI's plea for cancellation of his bail.

The CBI had moved the Delhi High Court seeking cancellation of interim bail granted to Chautala in the JBT teachers recruitment scam case, saying that he has violated the bail conditions.

The counsel for the probe agency had mentioned the application before a bench of Justices B D Ahmed and Siddharth Mridul and sought an urgent hearing.

According to PTI, the investigating agency submitted before the High court that the INLD leader who had been granted bail on medical grounds, has been campaigning for Haryana assembly elections in violation of bail conditions.

The former Chief Minister has been convicted and sentenced to 10 years jail term in the JBT teachers recruitment scam case.
