Delhi Police Commissioner B.K Gupta on Wednesday met the Union Home Minister Mr P. Chidambaram and submitted the preliminary investigation report in connection with the Wednesday's blast outside Delhi High Court. Talking to reporters after the meeting, Mr. Gupta said that the explosion was not aimed at creating any major damage as its intensity was low. He said that it is too early to say anything about the motive of planting the bomb and the motive behind the incident is being probed. Mr Gupta said that the report of Central Forensic Science Laboratory is still awaited. A crude bomb had triggered a low intensity explosion outside the Delhi High Court on Wednesday creating a security scare.
