In Uttar Pradesh one person has been detained from Ghaziabad district in connection with the low-intensity explosion on Wednesday outside the Delhi High Court. AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that a team of Delhi Police's Special Cell, investigating the case, conducted raids in Pilkhuwa area of the district and picked up one youth. The Police have claimed that the youth had some links with a terrorist who used to live in his village two decades ago.
