Delhi HC blast: J&K police prepares sketch of suspected email sender from Kishtwar

Jammu and Kashmir police have prepared a sketch of the suspected email sender from Kishtwar district and launched operations to track him down. As per the description provided by the detained persons including the cyber cafe owner, the sender is a 17-18 year old boy.Director General of Police (DGP), Kuldeep Khoda hoped that the suspect will be traced soon .The sketch is likely to be released by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which has been tasked with probing the Delhi High Court blast.Investigators had traced the HuJI email claiming responsibility for the blast outside the Delhi High Court to a cyber cafe in Kishtwar. Five persons have been detained in this connection. Indian Mujahideen, another terrorist out fit has dismissed the Huji claim saying they were responsible for the blast.The Home Ministry is verifying claims of both the terrorist outfits claiming responsibility for Delhi High Court blast. AIR Lucknow Correspondent reports that 2 people detained in connection with their resemblance with the sketches of suspects of the blast have been released after questioningHome Ministry asks states to beef up security in high courts in wake of the September 7 Delhi blast. The National Investigation Agency has sought assistance of anti-Terror team of Delhi Police to carry forward investigations. The Home Ministry has already received the preliminary forensic report of the blast.Both the NIA and Delhi Police have ruled out the angle of the Santro Car being used for the blast. The death toll in the blast has gone upto 13. According to hospital sources, three people admitted in hospitals are in a critical condition.To help the families of victims of the Delhi High Court blast, the Health Ministry has established a special control room in the Ministry in addition to the control rooms functioning at the Ram Manohar Lohia and other hospitals.The control room has been established at Nirman Bhawan.
