Investigators have traced the Harkat-ul -Jehadi Islami email claiming responsibility for Wednesday's blast outside Delhi High court premises to Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. DGP Kuldeep Khoda said investigations are progressing on the email link from Kishtwar district, he said no arrests have been made so far.According to police sources, the email was sent from a cyber cafe in Kishtwar from the address harkatuljihadi2011@gmail.comThe outfit had on Wednesday claimed responsibility for the blast outside the Delhi High Court. The HuJI email demanded that Afzal Guru's death sentence should be repealed immediately as they would target major High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Secretary (Internal Secretary) in the Home Ministry, U K Bansal had said on Wednesday that the National Investigation Agency is also verifying the authenticity of the email received by two media channels.
