A day after terrorists struck outside the Delhi High Court, investigators have traced the Harkat-ul -Jehadi Islami e-mail claiming responsibility for Wednesday's blast outside Delh High Court premises to Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. AIR Kishtwar Correspondent reports, the Police has detained the owner of the Cybercafe, his brother and an employee working in the cybercaf’ for questioning. Sources said, the Police would likely to examine all the computers and other equipments of the Cyber caf’ to verify the records. Secretary (Internal Secretary) in the Home Ministry, U K Bansal had said Wednesday that the National Investigation Agency is also verifying the authenticity of the email received by two media channels.
