Toll in the Delhi High Court blast rose to 14 with one more victim succumbing to his injuries in the wee hours on Thursday at the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital.

According to hospital authorities, 34-year-old resident of Okhla, breathed his last at around 0400 hrs. Most of the seriously injured in the blast were admitted to the nearby Ram Manohar Lohia hospital.

Meanwhile, security agencies today detained a suspected HuJI operative Hilal Amin in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district for allegedly sending a terror email in the aftermath of the September 7 blast outside the Delhi High Court.

Sources said, Amin is understood to have told the investigators that an email claiming responsibility on behalf of the HuJI was sent on his directions. Amin, is alleged to be an operative of terror outfit Harkat-ul-Jehadi-al-Islami (HuJI). He is being interrogated by the Security agencies.
