The Delhi High Court has asked the Centre to disclose norms followed in recognising degrees of foreign universities. It has sought an explanation from it for not recognising the medical degree awarded by a Chinese varsity. <br/><br/>The court passed the order on a petition filed by a doctor, Ashim Khurana, seeking its direction to the government to recognise his Post-Graduate degree from a Chinese university.
