Delhi High Court has accepted the proposal of the city Government to set up five Special Fast Track Courts in the national capital to deal with the cases of sexual assault on women expeditiously. Delhi Chief Minister Mrs Shiela Dikshit had requested Chief Justice of the High Court Mr Darmar Murugesan to take urgent action to make functional these fast track courts as approved by the city government. The High Court today sent a communication to Delhi Government about accepting the proposal.
