Delhi Government has initiated a massive awareness campaign in partnership with an NGO to ensure better security and safety of women in the national capital. Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Tuesday Minister for Women and Child Development Prof. Kiran Walia said that a draft framework has been prepared to identify the intervention required to instill confidence and sense of security.She said 22 Work Centres were already set up in various resettlement colonies to impart training on vocational courses. Professor Walia informed that 80 Mahila Panchayats have been formed all over Delhi to resolve miscellaneous disputes affecting women.
