Delhi government has launched a unique scheme to provide financial assistance to those poor people who are infected with HIV- AIDS disease. Under the scheme, poor people living with HIV-AIDS on anti retro viral treatment will be provided a life long assistance of 1,000 rupees per month. Launching the scheme, Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit said yesterday that all efforts will be made to enable access the benefit of the scheme.
