Delhi government is organizing a two day Renewable Energy fair starting today in the national capital to mark the Rajiv Gandhi Akshay Urja Diwas. The fair will promote the benefits, utility and easy implementation of renewable energy sources. Display of solar water heater, solar cooker and other devices based on solar energy will be the main focus in the fair. The fair is being organized by the Delhi Environment and Forest Department. AIR correspondent reports that several functions including exhibitions and seminars are also being organized in the city to create awareness about the use of renewable energy sources in the people.
