Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit says that she is open to reviewing the budget propoals regarding withdrawl of subsidy on cooking gas and increasing VAT on CNG and diesel. <br/><br/>She said that the government priority is to address the hardship of common man. The proposed tax came under attack when it was proposed in the annual budget which was presented by the Delhi Finance Minister in the Assembly on Monday.
