Delhi govt today requested Supreme Court for early setting up of a five-judge bench to decide row over administrative powers between it and the Centre. The court has agreed to fix the date for hearing Delhi govt's pleas on row with Centre today.<br/><br/>The Supreme Court had in February last, referred to a Constitution Bench a batch of pleas filed by Delhi government against the high court verdict which had held that Delhi is not a state and the Lieutenant Governor is its administrative head. <br/><br/>A bench comprising Justices A K Sikri and R K Agrawal had said that important questions of law and the Constitution are involved in the matter and it should be adjudicated upon by a Constitution Bench.
