Delhi government has conferred Lifetime Achievement Awards to Chess Legend Vishwanath Anand and Contemporary Painter Mr. Ram kumar at a function in New Delhi.The awards were given by Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Shiela Dikshit for their outstanding and distinctive contribution in their respective fields. Both of them were also presented with a cheque amounting to 11lakh rupees each and citation.Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Dikshit said that both of them made the country proud due to their consistent and persistence passion to excel.
