Delhi Government has started allotment of2,229 low cost flats to industrial workers under Rajiv Gandhi Housing Scheme in the national capital.In the first batch, a total of 115 industrial workers were given allotment letters of flats built at Narela area of North West Delhi on Friday. Delhi Chief Minister Mrs Shiela Dikshit distributed the letters to them at function at Delhi Secretariat. Government's infrastructure development agency DSIIDC built these flats on no loss no profit basis.
