Delhi gangrape:Juvenile Justice Board to decide if accused can be prosecuted with others in case

The Juvenile Justice Board will decide today if one of the six accused in the Delhi gang-rape case, who claims to be a juvenile, can be prosecuted along with the others in a fast-track court. Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy had filed a petition yesterday that no leniency be shown towards the accused, who claims to be a juvenile, because of the brutal nature of the crime.
