The Delhi Police today filed chargesheet in Delhi gang rape case in Saket court. Over one thousand page charge sheet gives in detail the crime and charges against the five accused in December 16th gang rape case. The charges against the sixth accused, who is a juvenile, will be filed in a juvenile court. The accused have been charged with rape, murder, abduction and common intention.
