The National Capital today experienced the coldest morning of the season with mercury dipping down to 3.7 degree Celsius. This is 3 degrees below normal. However, fog has not been much of a problem, as no flight or train has been cancelled or delayed. According to the weathermen, cold conditions are likely to continue with the mercury not expected to rise above 14 degrees in the day.
