The eighth Delhi Dialogue will be held in New Delhi to discuss politoco-security, economic and socio-cultural engagement between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, ASEAN, and India. The three day Delhi Dialogue will kick start from 17th of this month. <br/><br/>Briefing media, Secretary (East) in the External Affairs Ministry, Anil Wadhwa said, the theme for this year's dialogue is ASEAN-India Relations: A New Paradigm. He said, political leaders, policy makers, senior officials, diplomats, business leaders, think tanks and academicians from both the sides would be participating in the discussions. <br/><br/>For the first time the Dialogue will be spread over three days, dedicating one day each for its three sessions-Business, Ministerial and Academic. The Ministerial session will be on the 18th whereas the Academic session will be held at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses on 19th of February. <br/><br/>Chief ministers of Nagaland and Mizoram will participate in the Ministerial session. There will be discussions among scholars and opinion makers on several topical themes such as ASEAN and the Security of Asia Pacific and Reinvigorating the Civilizations links.
