Virender Sehwag's 66 and Dinesh Karthik's 61 helped Delhi score a competitive 170 for five in stipulated 20 overs. Dirk Nannes and veteran Glenn McGrath demolished Wayamba batting line-up to restrict them to 120 for seven. Mahela Jayawardene was the lone bright spot in Wayamba batting chart, scoring 53 off 40 balls, while Sameera de Zoysa was the other notable run-getter for them. Wayamaba will now have to win against Victoria Bushrangers and that too with a better run-rate than Delhi to advance into the next stage.
