A Delhi court today reserved for Tuesday, its order on the issue of cognizance on a criminal complaint filed against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. <br/><br/>The case relates to Mr Kejriwal using allegedly defamatory and seditious words against Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the CBI raid at the office of his Principal Secretary.<br/><br/>Metropolitan Magistrate Abhilash Malhotra fixed the matter for order after hearing arguments on behalf of the complainant. <br/><br/>The complainant submitted to the court that when CBI raided the Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar's Delhi Secretariat office on December 15 last year, Mr Kejriwal had made offensive remarks on his Twitter account against Mr Modi.
