<span style="color: #222222;">A Delhi court on Thursday dismissed the bail plea of Christian Michel to celebrate Easter with family.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">An alleged middleman in the AgustaWestland chopper deal scam, Michel is in custody and is being probed by both Enforcement Directorate and CBI.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Special Judge Arvind Kumar rejected his interim bail plea for seven days.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Special Public Prosecutor DP Singh, appearing for the CBI and the ED, said if Michel comes out on interim bail and makes some statement relating to the case, it would derail the investigation.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Michel's lawyer argued that since the charge sheet has been filed, there is no point of tampering evidence.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The ED had filed a supplementary charge sheet against Michel and others on the 4th of this month.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The agency had in December arrested him after his extradition from Dubai.</span><br />
