A Delhi court on Wednesday refused to grant to Mumbai Police the custody of alleged 26/11 terror attack handler Abu Jundal, who is currently being interrogated by the Special Cell of Delhi Police. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vinod Yadav said, since the investigation of the Special Cell of Delhi Police is in full swing, it would not be appropriate now to handover his custody to Mumbai Police.
Mumbai Police later moved a fresh application in the court for the custody of Jundal, which has been fixed for hearing on July 5.
