A Delhi court today deferred the bail pleas of five accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case till it pronounces order on framing of charges.
Special Judge O P Saini deferred the bail pleas of three accused — Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Pvt Ltd directors Asif Balwa and Rajeev Aggarwal and Cineyug Films Pvt Ltd director Karim Morani till October 17th, while the pleas of RK Chandolia and Shahid Balwa would come up on October the 18th. The Judge has tentatively fixed October the 15th for framing of charges.
Earlier on Saturday, hearings on the bail pleas of DMK MP Kanimozhi and Kalaignar TV MD Sharad Kumar, both co-accused in the case, were also deferred till framing of charges in the case.
