The national capital Delhi continues to shiver under biting cold with chilly winds keeping the mercury below normal. The minimum temperature on Wednesday morning was a degree below average at 5.6 degrees, while the maximum on Tuesday was six notches below normal at 14 degree Celsius. A thick blanket of fog also engulfed the city in the morning disrupting road, rail and air traffic. According to the met department, temperatures are likely to fall further in the coming days.
