The temperatures also increased marginally with the minimum settling at 5.8 degrees this morning, up from Tuesday's 4.4 degrees. The minimum is still one notch below average. However at 22.7 degrees, the day temperature was two notches above normal. The city is likely to experience cool winds during the day. Weatherman predicts the sky to turn overcast towards the evening leading to a fall in temperature. The maximum and minimum temperatures today are expected to oscillate between 21 and seven degrees.
