The Delhi Congress today submitted a 25 point chargesheet to Lt. Governor Najib Jung against the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party alleging that under President's rule, all round development of Delhi has come to a halt.Talking to reporters after submitting the chargesheet, Delhi Congress Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely said both the parties are responsible for the present plight of the people of the city. He said the schemes like old age pension, Laadli and Annasri, started during Congress rule have been stopped. Mr. Lovely alleged that during the past seven months nothing has been done for building new hospitals and schools. He said that the party has urged the Lt. Governor to do something to restart the closed welfare schemes.
