Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today reshuffled her Cabinet . As per the notification issued to this effect, Arvinder Singh Lovely has been given the Urban Development Ministry. Earlier, he held education and transport portfolios. Dr. A.K. Walia, who held the Urban Development and Revenue Ministry, holding health and family welfare will hold additional charge of higher education and flood and irrigation. W Prof.Kiran Walia has been given the education Ministry. On the other hand, Industry Minister, Ramakant Goswami has got transport Ministry's charge and industry portfolio has been given to Haroon Yusuf. The portfolio of Rajkumar Chauhan has been left untouched and he would continue to look after Public Works Department.
