Delhi Chief Minister Mr Shiela Dikshit today inaugurated the biggest -ever public transport Bus Depot in the National Capital. Speaking on the occasion, Mrs Dikshit described it as one of the best green bus Depot in the country.She said that the new Depot is comprehensive in all respects with parking space for neary 1000 buses, two CNG filling stations, baggage scanning centre and other facilities. She also launched hybrid buses with modern technology in the city which will go a long way in overcoming pollution. She said that the launch of such buses has added another feather in the services of Delhi Transport Corporation after low floor buses. Mrs Dikshit said that DTC has made elaborate arrangements during the Commonwealth Games.
