<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today announced more relaxations in lockdown restrictions as a part of reopening the National Capital in a phased-manner.<br />''<br />''As per the new directions, all markets can now re-open from tomorrow without following the odd-even criteria. Addressing a press conference, the Chief Minister said, restaurants will be allowed to open at 50 per cent seating capacity from tomorrow. All market complexes and malls will now be completely open from 10 am to 8 pm.<br />''<br />''Religious places will be opened but no visitors will be allowed. Mr Kejriwal announced that weekly markets will resume activity, but only one market will open in one zone. Weddings will not be allowed in public places such as banquet halls or hotels. He said, weddings will only be allowed at court or homes with not more than 20 people. Only 20 people are allowed at funerals. In autos, e-rickshaws and taxis, not more than two passengers will be allowed to ensure social distancing. He said, Private offices will run on 50 per cent capacity from 9 am to 5 pm.<br />''<br />''However, no gathering of any form will be allowed in Delhi. Schools, colleges, Cinema Halls and swimming pools will remain shut till further orders.<br />''<br />''It may be recalled that on 31st May, Chief Minister had announced phased reopening of Delhi. The services of Delhi Metro were also resumed for the general public with a 50 per cent seating capacity last week. Notably, the COVID-19 situation has improved significantly in Delhi in the past few days. </span>
